I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the wonderful service I received from you! The watch band was perfect and thanks to the included tool and fabulous jewelry cloth I was able to change the band myself and polish the watch to a beautiful luster without having to drive somewhere and pay someone to do it for me! It is now sitting under the tree awaiting the surprise of my boyfriend's life when he opens it!
